Is it legal to sell test strips for money?
Yes, you can sell any supplies purchased over-the-counter. This includes product that was originally purchased or attained by a prescription. The only supplies that can not be legally sold are those paid for by a government agency like Medicaid or Medicare. We do not accept any boxes paid for by Medicare or Medicaid.
Do you accept expired or opened boxes of test strips?
No, we can’t accept any expired product based on the FDA guidelines. Any expired supplies will be either donated or totally destroyed. Also, please do not send in any opened boxes. We have no way of knowing if open boxes have been tampered with. Those Items WILL NOT be returned due to the fact that they do not meet our terms, conditions and guidelines. Please refer to our terms and condition section.
What is considered dinged or damaged?
Dinged condition is a considered if there’s a small crease in the box, minor dent in one corner, there’s a small crease in the box and blemishes less than the size of a dime. Any additional imperfections is considered ‘damaged’ condition. We don’t accept damaged boxes. Please refer to our acceptable and unacceptable guideline section and our terms and condition.
Can I remove the prescription labels?
No, please leave prescription label removal process to us. Please do not remove the prescription labels on your own. This process could cause damage to the box and reduce your payment to 50% of our quoted price or nothing at all. We have a specialized removal method to avoid damage to the box and will securing remove your label. If you like, you may block-out your personal information with a soft black felt marker. Please feel confident that F R Medical Supply will destroy and remove ALL personal information before reselling.
What happens if I already removed the prescription labels?
Any damage left over by removing the prescription labels will be considered DAMAGE, and will be paid only HALF our standard quoted rate. Please refer to our terms and condition section.
How do I get paid?
We offer a Paypal payment format. Our goal is to get you paid in the fastest way. PayPal is one of the fastest way to get paid. In order to utilize PayPal, please FIRST visit PayPal.com to set-up an account. Please note: PayPal charges a 2.9% seller’s fee. Unfortunately, we have no control over the seller’s fees.
How to ship your product?
We recommend ONLY using a sturdy cardboard box to send your supplies with plenty of padding materials like bubble wrap or newspaper to avoid shifting or damage during the delivery process. Please do not send your orders in padded or plan envelopes or even very thin boxes. This action will more than likely, cause product to arrive damage. Then at that time we will either pay you less or nothing at all. In our opinion, shoe or sturdy cardboard boxes work the best!
ALSO, when you receive your FIRST CLASS pre-paid shipping label in your email simply place it on the top of your sturdy box. Please DO NOT send your supplies in a PRIORITY MAIL boxes attained at USPS. To avoid delays, please use a plain, unmarked box when shipping by FIRST CLASS.
Can I paid for my own shipping costs and be reimbursed?
Yes, if you decide to not utilize our pre-paid shipping label and instead pay for your postage. We will reimburse you up to $8 for your postage. Your $8 postage cost will be added to your order. Please note, we will not reimburse any shipping costs for upgraded services like overnight, next day air or 2 day. Please use first class, regular ground, or regular priority services only.
How long will it take for me to get paid?
We utilize the Paypal payments system which appear in your account within 24 to 48 hours after we process and inspected your order. Please note, as a friendly reminder Paypal may charge you a seller’s fee of 2.9% to receive payments and it’s subject PayPal terms and limitations. Also, please note that PayPal may put a hold on your funds and you made be subject to their terms and limitations. If your funds are on hold simply contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue.
Why we don’t send out pre-paid shipping boxes and labels through delivery carriers?
F R Medical Supply have found this process slows down your payment. Our company objective is to get you paid in the fastest way possible. By simply using your own cardboard box and getting your package mail-out immediately. Your payment will be inside PayPal account much faster!
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of boxes that I could send in?
There’s is no minimum order amount for individual sellers. However, we do ask for orders exceeding $2,000 or more. To please contact us directly first. Orders of $2,000 or more will be considered wholesale and rates could vary.
