How it works

1. Simply request a prepaid free shipping label by filling out our contact form and hitting the submit button.

2. Place your prepaid label on the top of your own sturdy cardboard box.

3. Place your test strips inside your sturdy box and seal the package with some tape.

4. Drop off your package at your local USPS.

5. Send your package F R Medical Supply. Our shipping address is:

Please avoid sending product in a thin box or an envelope. A clear unmarked carton box or shoe box generating work the best. Also, please place bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper inside the package helps protect the product from being damaged during the shipping process. 

Once we receive your package and inspect the product. We will then go ahead release your payment within 24 to 48 hours. Please note: PayPal does charge a seller’s fee of 2.9%. Furthermore, there’s simply no postage cost to you. We will pay all shipping costs by emailing you a pre-paid postage label. Simply check your email box for your shipping label, print it and then place it on top of your package and drop it off at any local USPS in your general area. Please note, we ask that for orders of 12 boxes or less to please utilize USPS first class mail only. For orders larger than 12 boxes, please utilize priority mail at USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS ground.
