Terms and Conditions
1. All prices quoted are for factory sealed boxes that are in excellent condition. I understand the price quoted is for perfect boxes that expire at least 10+ months out. Any boxes received from 7 to 9 months will be paid at only 50% of our listed price.
2. I understand if I send any boxes with less than 7 months from expiration, F R Medical Supply will NOT return my shipment and the boxes will either be destroy or donated.
3. I am 18 years and transfer the rightful ownership of my items to F R Medical Supply. I also grant F R Medical Supply the legal ownership of my test strip boxes sent in.
4. I agree that F R Medical Supply will not be liable any unforeseeable damages. I also will not hold F R Medical Supply for any delays or errors with any delivery carriers or for packages either stolen, simply lost or arrived damaged.
5. I understand any test strip box arriving with damage due to the attempted removal of the prescription label will result in an reduction to my payment.
6. I understand that F R Medical Supply will not accept any boxes where the seal is broken, the box has been opened, and if there are any ink or marker damage, stained, soiled due to water etc.
7. We do not accept international boxes or shipments from overseas. We only buy NDC code diabetic supplies.
8. I understand any test strip box obtained by a government agency will NOT be excepted. And, I can’t sell or send in any test strip boxes obtained by Medicare or Medicaid.
9. If for some circumstance PayPal places a hold on your payment. I will contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue.
10. I acknowledge if any product sent in that doesn’t meet F R Medical Supply terms and conditions those items will not be returned to me.
11. I understand prices are subject to change based on market conditions.
12. I have inspected my boxes and they are factory sealed and in mint condition.
13. I understand F R Medical Supply will only accept boxes listed on their website. Any other brand sent in will not be accepted or returned.
14. I understand that terms and condition can change at any time and F R Medical Supply doesn’t notify me. Please check are terms and condition prior to sending in your package.
15. I understand I must use a sturdy cardboard box to reduce the possibility of damage prior to arrival.
16. I understand any damage like dings, tears, indents, bending, ink staining, writing on the box, crushing and scrapes significantly reduces the value of the product by 50% of the quoted price. Please refer to our damaged guidelines section.
17. I understand if my order exceeds $2,000 or more. I must first contact F R directly before sending in an requested order.
18. I understand I must contact contact F R Medical Supply within 30 days if there’s dispute about payment or an order discrepancy. After 30 days all order outcomes and payments are final.
19. I understand any slightly dinged boxes with a dent, tears, creases or minor imperfections less than a dime will only be paid at a rate of 50% of F R Medical Supply standard quoted price for mint condition product. Any slightly damaged product reduces its value to resell. Please refer to our damaged guidelines section.
20. I knowledge that damaged boxes with imperfections like being stained, ink makers, broken seal, cut box, hole in the box, unreadable expiration dates, crushed or excess damage due to the attempted removal of prescription labels will not be accepted or processed a payment. Please refer to our damaged guidelines section.
21. I understand I will be assessed a sellers fee of 2.9% from PayPal.
